SRAM GX 165 was all that I could locate for my wife's bike in a direct mount 165.

You are making the right choice by going to a smaller crank.

Race face has a couple of cranks in 165mm. I run atlas 165s on mine.

The 10 speed portion is just the front chain ring, and I'm quite certain they are backwards compatible meaning you can run the 12 speed.
My advise, since your going to need a bike shop to install it I presume, is to take the bike into your LBS for assistance as there are a few things to consider and adjust. Let them order and install it for you.
