Easy one for someone, Im lazy and it is 10pm. What is the length of your stancions on your 160 mm fork? I got a marz. 55, Iwas told it was 160 mm, but that would mean that I would compress down to only a 1/4 inch left showing. I got a length of 6 1/4 inches.

Well, considering 160mm is 6.3 inches, I would say you do not have a 160mm fork if it is only showing 6.25 inches of stanchion.

my 44 and now my 55 use almost all of the stanchions during travel. I have just enough room to put a zip tie on one of them.
