I want a Fox 100mm suspension fork to share a wheel with a rigid fork.
The eaisest solution would be to replace the glue in stainless 9mm dropouts with 15mm dropouts. if anyone knows how to find some. Or buy a new rigid fork with 15mm dropouts. or have a fork made with 15mm dropouts.

A new fork would surely be less than a 2 son dyno hubs.

Would be nice to have 4 water bottle mounts on the fork.

I don't think you can convert from 9mm to 15mm. The 15mm axle screws into the lower of the fork.

The front wheel has a 15mm thru axle hub?, why not get a 15:9mm axle and use the DT swiss 9mm axle or get a 15:5mm converter and use a QR? Opens up your fork choices, especially if you want braze-ons for bike packing or anything cages.

I was thinking specifically of MTB tools on the 'bay but I also saw that one can purchase anodized conversion axles from China if you want it in red, orange, blue, etc. No one will see it, but you can bling it out with color if you want to.

The dropouts are similar to this. They are glued into the ends of the fork.
They unglue with heat.

I do not see 15mm dropouts on the Paragon page. I dont think Son dynamo hubs can take other end caps or change the axle.

So the question would be, new dropouts, or a new fork? One $300 hub for suspension and rigid fork?

Please correct my understanding if I am wrong here. The Fox fork has a 15mm thru axle. The Sun Dynamo hub you have has endcaps that allow a 15mm thru axle, the hub shell has the space to accommodate a 15mm axle. Also, the hub shell width is 100mm wide. You are looking for a rigid fork with 15mm dropouts, preferably with braze-ons for anything cages.

If all that is a correct assumption, then the easiest thing is to get a conversion axle that is spaced for either 15:9 (DT swiss 9mm) or 15:5 (QR) which will give you fork options. 2 options from MTB Tools on the 'bay pasted links below. The conversion axle slips into the hub just like a 15mm thru axle, and then you use a DT Swiss RWS skewer or a standard QR skewer respectively.

What is the wheel size? If 29, then perhaps look at the Salsa Cromoto Grande or similar fork that comes with a 15mm thru axle.

I honestly don't think you will find a set of standard dropouts, like the ones pictured in your previous post, for a 15mm axle.

You can not replace the axle on a dyno hub, as they are wraped with wires. At about $300 per dyno hub, a new fork would be cheaper than two dyno hubs.

The guy is talking about a slide in 15mm to 9mm adapter axle which can let you use either a standard 5mm QR or a 9mm bolt through axle, nothing about replacing the actual axle in the hub It's the cheapest and easiest solution to your "problem", I use them all the time for exactly this. Well, at least one web page thinks a replacement axle would work. I wonder if the adaptor axle is reliable, as this 26er is a touring bike for central America? I will find out if Schmidt answers email questions.

Yes, with a suitable axle-adapter that is certainly possible. The fork will need to be of 100 mm width , of course.

I have been looking at one of these forks in 15X100 and you seem to be the first person I have come across that sounds like they have first hand experience with them. I have been looking at this.

Yeah, we have ordered 2 of them for projects at the non-profit shop I work at. I was really impressed. One of the projects was a 27.5+ bike and it cleared the 2.8" tire very easily. It was also nice that it comes in a straight steerer tube option. It does lack mounts, but is a pretty solid fork otherwise, especially for the 15x100mm hubs!
