How's this: http://www.bikeworld.com/warehouse/bargain.html You can get an Easton EA50 for $15 or a grey EA70 for $20. Free shipping to boot! I ordered an EA50 two days ago and got it today. Well done, Bike World!
Are you looking for something light, strong, or cheap. Depending on the answer will point you in different directions.
For a lightweight go to www.light-bikes.com and check out the Syntace's DB's got.
For plain old cheap go to Jenson, Performance, Supergo, or Pricepoint and see what they have on special.
For strong - search for Thompson or that Easton above might be a decent bet too.
I was thinking about getting the same one because I'm in your same situation.
Last time I tried to climb this steep section I had to fight too hard to keep the front down. I want a compromise between the my two current options of my 7degree stem (7 degrees or negative 7) ...that's a 120x0

I would not recommend the Easton EA 70 due to the one bolt & hinge design. My carbon handlebar used to come loose after a ride or two.
