I am going to order a Giro Prolight for ~$105 using paypal...hope the company does not suck. I could not find any scam warnings about it. I found one lone review about not receiving an email confirmation...Their Google seller ratings are great (4.9/5 stars, 404 reviews).

*Edit 9/12/2011* Received automated confirmation email on labor day, next day they emailed the invoice and UPS tracking #, I received the helmet (in original box within perfectly fitting cardboard mailing box and professional packing tape) in 7 days. Good packaging.
