Marzocchi was selling their MX Comp and MX Pro forks a few years ago in 1", I think you can still get them to press a 1" steerer in their forks. I wouldn't exceed 85mm of travel though. The other option is that if you have an older 1" fork like a Judy or Mag you can contact Hippie Tech as they still do service on these old forks.

Is there anybody out there that makes a suspension fork with a 1" steerer tube? I want to upgrade an older frame.
