How about the RIP 9 and One 9 as well. Are we still on track for January?

Okay, Brett - what does that thing weigh with the Edge rims, Karma lites, Syntace goodies, foam grips and twisties, and carbon crankset? I'm guessing 22.x - 23.x.... (certainly no more than that in the size you show in the picture).2melow said:Hi Jason,
We will have the new frames shipping the week of January 5th. We will have the new Vana White, Licorice Ano, and Kermit Green ready to ship in all sizes at this time.
Thanks,
Brett

Okay, an update on the 2009 RIP 9. Steve's completed the final mold approval and verified testing on the new top tube mold we opened. The new tt replaces the gusseting that was done on the frames seen at Interbike this year (both at the head tube AND seat tube). The result: mold approval. The new top tube has the same strength as the previous gusseted versions (which significantly surpasses the harshest testing requirements), but manages to be lighter and look better. We are expecting to have these frames in by March, and will start delivery right after that to all who have pre-ordered. Thanks for your patience, we hope you think these frames will be worth the wait.gfs69 said:Hi, are the RIP's still scheduled for March?

Thanks! So, any spy shots of the new and improved frame? I thought the original prototype looked pretty good!2melow said:Okay, an update on the 2009 RIP 9. Sorry, I meant the new RIP. The Jet is beautiful though, I really dig the white.ExigeS said:To my knowledge the new frame is the white one pictured in the above post, #8.
