The drive side cup has started to back out, noticed as I was cleaning the mud from my last ride. Crank no longer spins freely. Anyone ever have this happen? I figure I'll need at least a new BB, but worried about any frame thread damage that may have been done...

Stating the obvious: tighten it up before riding it again.
Tip: Rather than buy another set of crappy RF bearings, get some Enduro's or even look around for some XT cranks on sale... they're so much better than RF horrible interference fit system.

I dunno, I way in at roughly 225 in full bike gear and I've put over 1000 miles on these bearings and crank/chainrings and they've worked flawlessly up to now, and these are the cheapy Ride parts.
