I have a '08 Lyrik Coil U-Turn and the High-Speed Compression adjustment knob won't turn. Any idea why this is?

Also, at 210lbs what spring should I be running? If I open up the slowspeed compression it sags a 45mm. With it closed it sags 30mm. I think it has the stock medium spring in there now. Do I need to up it to the Firm spring?

Lastly, any manuals out there for changing out springs?

I would change the spring if you find that you cannot effectively control bottoming with the dials, or if your small bump compliance is lacking...which I doubt it is.

I am 225lbs nekkid, and ride the Firm.
