Getting outlaws and have two questions:

Can I go tubeless with minion USTs?

If I normally use qr in the rear can I use the 12mm ta in place of?

You need Stan's strips to go tubeless. I think you need the Freeride strips from Stans. You can't use QR if you get the 150mm one. Check the Azonic site for more info.

get the 135mm Outlaws. the rear wheel can be switched between QR and 12x135 thru axle.

if your frame is QR...obviously you cant use thru axle. outlaws are interchangeable (the 135mm version only)

as for going tubeless stans will work fine. you can also try "ghetto tubeless" if you wanted to(do a search if you dont know what that is. most people will recommend to use Maxxis non-UST tires when going tubeless. again, do another search, there's alot on that topic.

I did a UST Minion Ghetto Tubeless (20" tube) and that tire locked on as good as my Mavic 823's.
