Just purchased a new bike.....anyone have an opinion on the trade-in value on a set of XTR disc brakes if I wanted to get a credit toward a set of Oro Puros?

Here in Germany the XTR cost 125 Euro per wheel without rotors, so about 160 EUR per wheel with the 07 xtr rotors

you could sell them on ebay as new take offs and get the Puros from here:

the lever is a flip-flip so you can buy 2 of the front ones on clearance and just flip the lever over and get the adapter and rotor sizes you want, and still come out with a great deal and some spare rotors (which you could sell too)

Actually, they are usually sold without adapters and rotors, so that you choose the ones you need (of course formula also sells them, just no as a kit) In other words, you buy the brakes and the adapter-rotor kit you want.
