Does anyone know these things? I just replaced the IT cable, put it all back together, aired it up, and it dives throught the travel, never to return. It just stays down in the fully compressed position. Once I hit the IT lever, it pops back to full extension. I dont know what is wrong.

I followed the manuel fairly well including airing it up while the IT lever is compressed (to balance the two air chambers). After it falls through the travel and I return it to full travel, I re-check the air and it is just where I left it...no air loss.

Aside from the normal advise of ditching the "Mani-Poo" and getting a real fork (I have three kids under 5 years old, so there is no such thing as disposable income anymore) has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?

nevermind...IT wire was pulled too tight on the handlebar mounted lever. works great now. the cable just had to stretch overnight. it fixed itself. go figure.
