'06 MKIII Sport Vs. Expert Frames

Is there any difference in the frames on the sport vs. the expert models of the MKIII? I've been thinking about picking up an MKIII and I was planning on building a used Expert frame that I can get pretty cheap, but after looking at it, I think buying a sport and selling off and swapping certain parts might be cheaper in the long run and let me get to riding now!

I think the only differences are color and the type of shock that comes with the bike.

The MKIII frames ( minus rear shocks) are all the same.
