I just got a new 06 Coiler and am having problems getting a spring that works for me. I weigh about 235 with riding gear and do a lot or all mountain and some free riding DH can people just mention what spring they use and give me a recomendation on a spring that will work for me. I have tried 400 and 550 thanks and keep cranking.

you are definately in need of a heavier spring, like an 800-850

im about the same weight as you and im getting an 800 soon

and ride pretty much the same stuff u describe, bit of everything really
