05 big hit FSR. slot in rear shock

ok guys so, I have an 05 big hit FSR.
on THE REAR there are some slots that u can put ur back shock
on... I want to know which slot is the best set up
.. how i have it know , when iam climbing i feel like iam riding a chopper...
and i sometimes feel it on the trail...
