Does anyone know what the GT recommended max travel is for a fork on an '05 GT Avalanche?

I currently have the crappy stock Suntour XC-60 75mm fork on mine, and I was planning on upgrading to a 100mm Marzocchi MX Pro. Last I checked the 2007 Avalanche's are comming with 100mm forks, but it seems that the geometry has changed slightly from 05 to 07 which may be allowing for the increase without risking the integrity of the frame.

I just sold my 05 Avalanche 0.5 - it came stock with a 105mm Marzocchi EXR Air. Go right ahead and put a nice 100mm fork on yours - you'll love it.

umm it depends what you ride like for hard hits i would prefer a coil shock and for confort an air the best shock out there for a GT is a BLACK from manitou
