The lockout on my Fox Float Triad failed during my ride tonight. I can no longer notice a difference in any of the 3 settings on the shock. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it something I can fix myself? Do I contact my LBS? Specialized? Fox Racing?

I would take it back to the shop you bought the bike at.

My Triad has been back to fox 3 times for warranty repairs. Your LBS will send it in, and 2 maybe 3 weeks later you'll have it back. Personally I don't get all the Hype about these Fox Shox. If mine has another problem it is getting Ebayed and replaced with a swinger or a 5th. Good Luck. I bet fox will repair it free of charge.

Mine also failed on me this weekend. What did you end up doing? Did you get it serviced and how much did it cost? I've done some research on the triads and nothing has come up postive. I think I might send it to PUSH industries.
