With any pressure in the SPV air chamber, the fork compresses and rebounds slowly and is quite stiff. Without air in the SPV chamber, the fork becomes responsive. The rebound assembly was recently replaced. Adjustment to the rebound or SPV air chamber size does not alter this behavior. This behavior predates the rebound assembly replacement. Any suggestions as to the cause of this problem?
