04' Marz Z1 FR QR20 loosing damping

Hello all,

I've started to notice that my Z1 FR 04' is loosing it's damping, I used to be about 3.5 turns from bottom on the adjuster to get the right feel but now I'm nearly bottomed. I've changed the oil usually twice a year 7.5 wt spectro, and I have not noticed it leaking, the oil levels seem fine when I open it. Just curious if anyone else has ran into this and found an easy fix.

I'm thinking I might just need to replace the seals in the damping rod side, just thought I'd see if anyone else has had this happen and if it was an easy trip to the hardware store for new seals and fresh oil rebuild or if it's a send into marzocchi thing.
