04 bighit comp ugrade rear shock

You can get just over 8" of travel. As for the shock, you can get the basic Fox Vanilla RC shock, or a stable platform shock. However, the 5th Element, Manitou, and the DHX will only fit in certain shock settings; the piggy back won't fit properly, but will work. The last option would be a Romic, it will fit and feel pretty good...

Go with the Swinger 4 way, like the expert comes with. When I had my BH with it, I loved it.
