I have a 2000 FSR stumpjumper that needs new bushings. It squeaks like mad when cycling through the suspension motion. Any recomendations would be much appreciated. I would like to go with bearings beacuse they sound more durable. Yea? Nea?

I recently installed MRP bearing kit on my FSR elite. Picked up the bearing kit off ebay. MRP no longer makes the bearing kit. Had the same MRP on my 97 FSR I sold last year. (sold it to buy my big hit, I missed too much. Bought a 99 fsr frame, built it up this past fall.) It works great, Had it 4 years on my 97 with no probs. I beleive Risse makes a kit, also BETD makes a bearing kit. Try one of those.

There is a Frame on ebay, FSR front triangle w/full risse rear (shock, link, chain and seat stays) If I hadnt just did the kit, would have bought this for the parts alone. I think the rear costs around $500.

Here is a link to Risse's FSR parts

And BETD's
