    hey all, i just got an old trek 3700 frame (probably 7 spd originally) and I want to upgrade the gearing without adding one of those stupid megarange shimano cogs. Can you put 8, 9, or 10 speed cassetes on a frame intended for 7 speed use? OR... have i just revealed that i know close to zip...
