Strength:

Durable
Serviceable
Quick engagement
Flexible hub and axle options (standard and XD, and all axle types)
Wide

Weakness:

Not the cheapest, not the lightest

It's possible to get a lighter wheel, and it's possible to get a similar-weight wheel for cheaper. What sets this apart is the balance between all of the parameters.
For instance if you compare it to the Stan's Crest, it's more expensive, but it's stiffer, has quicker engagement, is more durable, and is more serviceable. It's basically a race wheel that you can ride on all day, every day, and never have to worry about it. It's also more durable, wider, has quicker engagement and cheaper than the Mavic Crossmax. In my opinion, it's the most balanced alloy factory XC Race-Wheel out there when budget is a concern. If budget is not a concern, go carbon.
