Strength:

Fast fast fast

Weakness:

Not for loose rock, NOT FOR WET ENVIRONMENTS

Good tires for moderate trail riding.
Good grip on dry surfaces, except for loose rocks.
Have been using them as both front and rear tires, they behave well. Very sturdy, I don't think I'll have any probs with puncture wounds on these :D
Can't say about wear, haven't used them for too long.

It is a long lasting tire! Looks cool. Very resistant at punctures. Low price!!!! Fast rollers.

Weakness:

Wider than normal 2.0 tires (not really a bad thing if i think about it). Not very good on front wheel (tends to slide very easily).

Noisy!!!

Well i bought these tires to change my no name piece of c**p that my hard tail came with. From the old tires these feel like UFO's. They have tons of grip even on muddy trails, and they clean themselves very good. I ride them like 1000km till now and the back tire looks like new. The front tire i recently changed to a Michelin Wild Grip'r 2 (2.1) Because i had few front wipes on whet aggressive corners. But if you are a normal XC rider you wouldn't have any problems with them.

Strength:

Good on light trails

Weakness:

wet roads

Great for light off road use but that's about it.
Riding in the rain is a whole different ball game especially when on asphalt, it's fairly cheap tyre so now you know why!

Only used the tyres for 3 months but already I can see they are beginning to get worn out. Will not be buying these again but would be ok for the weekend summer rider.

Be careful when using this tyre in the wet especially on the roads, can be very slippy.

Strength:

Lasts very long. Cheap.

Weakness:

Looses grip if inflated close to max preasure.

They are quite good allround tires. On Road or on Trail they perform quite well. you should not inflate them too high as they start to loose grip. Weight is around 600g which is OK. I had two (One is still my front tire). My back tire was damaged by a piece of a glass bottle (cut through). I give them 3 Chilis as there are for sure better tires for sportive purposes but they are good for everyday riding.

Strength:

Great Traction

Weakness:

Could be wider. Could have bigger knobs for grip.

Recommended for normal trail. If you are doing very muddy trails I would look into a higher end tire with more knobs and wider stance.

Strength:

Awesome reliable tire. Good flat resistance, good grip. Long tread life.

Weakness:

Weight? I'm not even sure about that.

I just found out this is a "casual" recreational tire....and i've been riding and racing XC with it....ooops. I love michelin tires, and this one is no exception. It has held up well in the rooty, rocky Maine trails and several xc races. It has also lasted longer in the rear than my hutchinson mosquito air lite has in the front (that tells you something!) Maybe I could be getting way better grip with other tires and I just don't know it, but these country trail tires have treated me well. Their performance seems to exceed their purpose.

Works from dusty trails to light mud. Forget on wet road.

Weakness:

Your life is in danger when you use this tire on wet asphalt. In fact i have the half-wet version. It's like on ice! Awesome effect! Congratulation for Michelin :) !

Only tried the half-wet one, so the other ones can be good, but this is instant danger... You can't avoid the roads man...

Strength:

It's light with low rolling resistance.

Weakness:

It can't grip roads well even when you're cycling on city trail. Also, it's not durable!

It works well during onroad section.
In order to get a better grip power, you MUST pump it to minimum psi! Otherwise, it works like a slick tire.
Higher psi makes you do drift easily.
Not recommend for offroad us.
