Strength:

I know these are not new to the scene, but I thought I'd give my two cents, as they are still available. I have ridden them for two plus years on a hardtail, fairly aggressively, and they have held up very well. I just ordered another wheelset for another bike with these same rims. I run them with SLX hubs (new set will have XTR rear hub), and for the price, and based on my experience thus far, it'd be tough to find a better balance of price, durability, and weight. The new set with the XTR hubs should weigh about 1,610 grams. For reference, I ride at around 180 or so pounds and, typically, run 2.35" wide tires on them. I appreciate that they are American made. VERY good rims.

Weakness:

I have not found any, yet. Even after taking some grimace-inducing hits on the back rim, I haven't even had to true the wheel (which speaks to the wheel build quality, too).
