Strength:

Takes a beating.
Makes for a pretty stiff wheel.
Pretty colors make the bike look faster.
Easily sets up tubeless; Oobah, baby!

Weakness:

Learn about their ERD calculation, "++" method before ordering spokes, seems a lot of people end up with spokes a couple mm too short because of this!

Used these for my first self-built wheels, got lucky on the spoke length!

Definitely some beefy hoops that take a beating (These wheels have 1 year of usage in now, roughly 600 miles of CC/trail usage in western PA, I'm 185lbs and ride lots of rock gardens. I am NOT a super fast rider or big jumper, but these are certainly not out for a gentle Sunday ride either.) No burps, no dents, only a couple of noticeable scratches. These wheels feel pretty stiff, I have the spoke tension a little higher than average but nothing crazy. Bead bite and Oobah profile seems to be a winning tubeless combination, really easy setup even with a floor pump. (taping the oobah profile yourself is not that hard, just takes a little patience)

If you are weight conscious, these are not made of carbon fiber, find something else. That being said, they do not weigh a metric ton, either.

Would not hesitate to buy again. They ride great, are super durable and look great!
