Strength:

strong, light.good for racing and trail riding.simple design and trick looking.

Weakness:

welding not the neatest and bobbing on smooth trails although not enough to worry about.most single pivot bikes will suffer trom this in some way.

a brilliant allround xc bike, well built although buy as frame only as orange specs a little unappealing.also try to get one with a lockout or manitou 3 way shock to reduce bobbing.best to use a 100mm travel fork to broaden all round ability.

Strength:

Great frame and finish (lumpy welding aside). Light, fast, very stiff and no bob. Quick handling. (Now) does the job I wanted it to - fast, simple FS XC bike

Weakness:

Finishing kit on Pro spec weak. FSA BB spindle snapped within 5 mins of riding; Shimano chain went soon after. Seat pin, saddle and stem junk. WTB rims very loose tyre fit.

Now it's working, I love it. A great frame let down by some poor stock components. Should have just bought a frame and built it up piecemeal.

Have heard it critisized for a low BB height but have never had a problem.

One last thing, I'm 6'4" with a 35" inside leg and my bike is 20". Top tube length is fine but it has a very low head height. This has necessitated an an inch of spacers and a 15 degree rise stem to get it to fit me.

Strength:

Great handling, light weight, good brakes.

Weakness:

Suspension noise. Poor bottom bracket. Servicing. Problems with chain suck.

The bike is the lightest XC full suspension rig I have ridden not counting a quick blast on a friends Stumpjumper. It is great on the climbs and the geometry suits me well. I don't seem to get a lot of suspension bob.
If you really hammer it downhill it can become a bit difficult to control, but maybe tweaking the suspension would remedy this.

The main problems I have had are creaking / squeaking noises from the suspension and irratating chain suck from the cranks. It is the first time I have used disc brakes and the Hope minis it has are great, but adds another degree of difficulty when servicing.
