Strength:

well thought out features i.e. large sealed side vents, pit zips, hood that can be worn over helmet, drop tail.

With plenty of rain falling and temps in 40's this jacket has kept me warm and dry. I have only been wearing a smart wool micro sweat shirt and have been totally comfortable. The jacket has plenty of vents but if its pouring rain you probably won't have them wide open. After a 3 hour ride I will be a little damp from sweat. Was't sure about the hoodie at first, but it proven to be useful.I went with the xl, I'm 6'2" at 200lbs. built pretty lanky and the fit is a little loose, but I feel a large would have been short in the arms.

Weakness:

Being made in china and retailing for close to $300. It is overpriced.

Great jacket. I would have considered a jacket from Ground Effect if I could have tried on or seen some product from them.
