Strength:

These brakes came stock on my Marin Pine Mountain 1, 2016. They have an okay stopping power, but...

Weakness:

... they are very much binary on/off, that is, have poor modulation. I replaced them with Deore M6000, which are way better -with reliable, fine-grained modulation - boosting control and confidence on the trails.

Weakness:

Initial power

Came stock on my Kona Process. They work ok. they have excelente stopping power although the initial "bite" isn't as powerful as I would like. They do have some fade, good thing is it forces you to use less brakes and be faster.

As for value, you can't get better brakes for this price.

Strength:

Stop on a dime, inexpensive, cheap plentiful replacement pads, easy to service, quiet

Weakness:

Ugly if you are into bling parts

Came stock on my GT Sensor and have been flawless for 3 years. Finally bled for the first time and it made no difference at all ( still excellent stoppers). Quiet brakes and a great bang for your buck. Replaced my wife's junky Elixir 3R brakes with these as well.
