2019 KONA REMOTE CONTROL is GOOD VALUE for price. Kona dealers have them on Sale now. CDN MSRP $6900 NOW for $5000 CDN. (MAY 2020). Just picked mine up a week ago and have A couple rides on it . LOVE the Bosch drive 4 user modes especially the E-MTB mode with lets you concentrate on riding and worrying if you are in the right mode (ECO, TRAIL, or TURBO). E-MTB mode is seamless. I come from a motocross and dirt bike back ground so i am loving this bike i can ride were i CAN'T with a full blown GASOLINE dirt bike. YESTERDAY I DID a Full 10k off road at a local area called SCARF MTN. Bike worked great. BATTERY charged to 5 Bars and has lasted 2 rides so far only used 2 bars. Distance about 20 km on E-MTN bike model that is using up to max battery at times. GO See Gerry at STRAIGHT UP CYCLES - VICTORIA BC (They are awesome) Got an extra one of these exact bikes in Large if your interested. Cheers Ken VICTORIA. BC. CANADA PS: Mine has the 27.5" x 2.8" Maxxis Recon+ Tire/wheel combo
COULD BE BETTER: 1) I find the battery is difficult to remove and reinstall it. Si i recommend leaving the battery on the bike while you charge it. 2) Pedal strikes rocks striking say 6-8" out of ground. Solution don't pedal if you think you will hit a road, pause your pedaling for a moment. BATTERY MOUNT TIP: I ZIPPED TIED the battery to the frame housing so if it starts to come loose it CANT.
