Strength:

This bike wants to go fast. It's stiff and gives a punchy ride, which makes it rather unforgiving on the rider, but makes you feel very rooted/connected and gives you incredible control. Great for a rider trying to build technical skill while having a blast, not the rider who just wants to have fun. The faster you go the steadier it feels. Takes on rough terrain like a champ. Climbing is a breeze and while starting on hills with the 29ers sucks, once you get going keeping up your momentum and rolling over roots and rocks feels stupidly easy.

Weakness:

Pedals are complete crap and should be replaced. The RS Judy Gold shocks feel squishy and strangely unstable at times.
