Custom Built with GX Eagle, Red Lyric RC2 and Bonrager carbon wheels. What a machine! so happy with the way it rides, i have developed so much confidence on this bike. It is ver forgiving, i can hit things hard and case jumps and it has no problem cancelling out the big hits to keep you on the bike, it is like riding a pillow. And the cornering is next level, lay her down around corners and she will just track and pull you around to the other side. Climbing is also very good, the Eagle makes it effortless if you want to spin your way up slowly, my build is 13.8kg so for an enduro it is quite light and if you put your foot down you can hammer the climbs easily. I came from an alloy trail bike and this climbs better.

Weakness:

It looks too nice and i dont want to scratch it.

Built like a tank. Very, very, very durable and solid. Even with the intense build, the bike descends with maneuverability and strikingly good grip. The flow park is no problem, and the hike to the top is no problem. An absolutely stellar, smooth ride through and through.

Weakness:

It's heavy, you will feel this on the climb, but I got this bike partially for the exercise and that's where I get it. On the plus side it gets amazing grip even on rocky up hill climbs so the extra weight was worth the durability and the grip you gain.

Get this bike. It is an all-mountain machine that feels like riding a marshmallow. Floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee on corners. Yeah it's heavy, but take your man card out and climb that beast to the top of the hill, cause the ride down will be worth it.

DW Split Pivot suspension does what it's supposed to do (stays totally active no matter what, but still pedals well), huge tire clearance, stiff frame and great geometry for descending hard

Weakness:

It's not the lightest frame among similar options

Mine is the carbon SX build. I now have ten solid days of riding on it, including a couple days shuttling DH trails and hitting a variety of trails from jump lines to cross country. I'm really stoked on this bike.

I swapped out the Hans Dampf for Minion DHF front and rear, and went to a Vivid Air R2C in back.

Climbing traction it's probably the best I've ever ridden - it stays totally active so climbing steep technical stuff is just a matter of putting the hammer down and blasting up it while the suspension works over roots and rocks and holes. It's not a supportive as my Mojo HDR when pedaling out of the saddle, but it's more active (this is running the same Vivid shock with no lockout on both bikes). There is surprisingly not much pedal bob.

It has that new geometry that feels very, very stable descending fast. The faster you go, the better it feels. Amazing traction, especially while braking. Long and low geo is a handful on super tight trails where leaning hard means clipping a tree with your bars, but wow this bike wakes up at high speeds! Very active suspension, but progressive so it handles landings and big hits smoothly. It has a very solid feel to it.

Rails on the descent, like a Cadillac, suspension is perfectly matched front to rear. The bike is so fast and stable. I am also super impressed with the up hill, tracks amazingly well even with the head angle. I have the RR and love it, switched to a 32t to a 30t for the climbs which is an awesome switch. Switching the monarch i can stand up and hammer it.

Weakness:

Bottom bracket is low, have not tried to switch setting so may help out. I get a lot of peddle strike on my local climb with big water bars and rocks to get up on.. but might be the rider..

Get one, not sure if I should have got the carbon or not.. I like the durability of the alum front triangle..
