Strength:

Look nice. I like the 2.4 option, moderately predictable

Weakness:

Weak outer nobs, quick wearing, and moderate grip

I bought a new higher end bike with the Crossride Tubeless tires on Crossride Tubeless wheels, part of their Tire system. I ride in the southern AZ desert where the trails are rather harsh on tires. Lots of rocks and rough stuff, so sidewalls are usually the first to go on new tires...these did not have that problem.

As a rear tire, the Crossride Quest Tubeless lasted 25 miles on trail before the outer knobs started separating from the main casing. WEAK. Entire chunks of tire were missing after TWO somewhat aggressive rides. I have since removed the rear but kept the front on which is proving to last a bit longer (50 trail miles as of this review and no separation yet with minimal wear signs).

As a front tire, it's not bad...but not great. I find the size and shape to be nice for lower pressure runs and its adequate in the sand and loose stuff. it is fairly predictable, which is a good thing considering it does let go a bit when pushed. I'm looking forward to taking it off but first I'm going to get my moneys worth.

Bottom line: running these on the rear will wear them quickly if you are somewhat aggressive or if your terrain is rough. Maybe they're better suited in loamy, softer regions of the country.
