These are a great little idea that doesn't really seem to have caught on. What you get is a little packet of
three brightly coloured aluminium objects that are inserted into strategic points in your cable outers.
After rides and/or cleaning the bike, you roll back a little rubber o-ring, insert the straw of your cable
lube into the inliner and give a liberal squirt. This handily lubes your inner cable and outer without having
to detach any brakes or gears to get at it. Lovely. Buy some and next time you change cables fit 'em.
They look groovy and keep your shifting smoooth.
ps. No good with Gore-tex or similar cabling!

Strength:

Look good, easy to fit, very effective in keeping shifting smooth. Made in the UK.

You get three in a pack and they are great. Fantastic for anyone doing lots of riding in wet and gritty conditions (like here in the UK!). No need to strip cables for cleaning, just insert GT85 nozzle, spray, and watch all the crud spray out of the ends of the outer...genius!

Why are so few people using them?
