Strength:

The rack will hold any style of clip.
I've put it on bikes with and without disc breaks.
I've loaded it down with well over 50 pounds without issue.
Solid powdercoat.

Weakness:

fussy to attach the first time, once you know what you're doing it is obvious how to.

I have used my Nice Rack for several years now on several different bikes. While it is fussy to attach this rack to a bike, the height is more easily adjusted than on any other rack I've used. I tend to carry mountains of crap with me commuting and while lesser racks (boryueh racks for example) twist and flex-- the nice rack is stiff and reliable. The powdercoat has held up amazingly well. I ride year round in Minnesota and so far the rack is showing no signs of rust to my surprise.
