Swagman Chinook Bike Rack

DESCRIPTION

The Chinook comes with a locking hitch pin and 10mm braided steel security cable. It uses the same high end cam system found on Swagman’s top tier products to fold out of the way when needed. Larger volume steel wheel trays are also available aftermarket for fat bike portage.

Strength:

Hasn't completely fallen apart yet.

Weakness:

The tire racks seem to just fall off while driving the road and getting Swagman to ship you a replacement part is near impossible.

I ordered a replacement tire rack and both Swagman and their distributor, etrailer, refuse to ship it to me for some reason. Its now been over two weeks since I placed my order with etrailer and they claim Swagman still hasn't sent them the part. They have horrible customer service and I'm very unhappy with my purchase. I will never buy another Swagman product ever again.
