WR304

WR304 makes it to my list of mtbr wisemen. Very comprehensive posts, with facts supported with credible sources, delivered from a realistic perspective that considers arguments from multiple sides. I've come to respect his posts, knowing that they aren't "fantasy-land" opinions.

2013 S-Works frame ordered. I will send you feedback on the rear shock after I get it dialed and some saddle time. Hoping to have it by October. Now to sell my Expert Frame/Fork....

If I could ask just a little more of you it would be greatly appreciated. You pretty much hit the RCT3 right on the head with what I was looking for along the lines of feel and clarification. I was planning on the 15mm through axle with either the fox or the RS and a 1.5'' taper steerer for stiffness. Now just to pure preference stuff while racing do you like the terralogic or RCT3 for xc race purposes? Also, which do you prefer when factoring in not only race purposes but price, warranty, and service?

Thanks for responding. I have a specific question about how you feel about the platform setting on the RCT3. I am planning on getting either the SID RCT3 or fox terralogic and I am able to get a considerable better deal on the SID. I was wondering why you dislike the the threshold setting, is it harsh through all the travel on this setting? I plan on running it primarily in the platform setting to mimic the terralogic or brain functions.

If you could just send me a pm with all your feelings about the fork I would greatly appreciate it.
