This is the only bike shop in Martinsburg, WV, and there is a good supply of Cannondale and Fuji bikes in stock. The owner and staff have always been very willing to discuss any accessories and answer any questions.

A friend and I both own Trek bikes that were bought elsewhere before the Eastern Panhandle Bicycle Company opened. I go to the shop primarily for an annual tune-up and have purchased saddle bags and a hitch rack there. The fine tuning keeps the bikes trouble free for our excursions down the C&O Canal towpath, and the extras are of a very high quality. In fact, I went to the shop looking for a more expensive rack than the one I bought, but the owner steered me toward an equally-good (and cheaper) product that has served me very well.

During one trip to the bike shop, the owner related a story of making cumbersome mountain bikes more comfortable and efficient for some inexperienced riders doing the C&O for the first time. He seems to care about his customers and the sport of cycling itself. I guess it's too bad that they don't have Treks, but the bikes they do sell are of very good quality.

Went to this shop two times. I am huge on helping local business, but these guys are all about getting as much money out of you as possible. Both times I was in their shop asking about places to ride they acted like they did not want to tell me anything, im born and raised here so i already knew any how, I was just feeling them out. Went in there with a Ust tire problem, I simply did not have a compressor with enough pressure to set the bead, asked them what to do they said buy some co2 kiss cartiges, some odds and ends and 40$ later I was out the door. Well 40$ bucks later and still a flat tire I took the tire back and the mechanic, set it rite up to his compressor and boom done, free of charge...they should have done this in the first place. Therefore I will be going to Hub City in Hagerstown Md..Even though im boning out on helping locals first... EPBC needs to be nicer and even though they would have not made money on airing my UST tire up I WOULD have been a loyal customer..not now.

Good new shop, lots of selection for a new shop. They have some crazy old bikes hanging through the store and 1 of the world downhill bikes from the Sobe/Cannondale team from back in the day. They have had pretty much everything I have needed in stock, the few things I have had to order they usually have in a couple of days....way better pricing than the shops I go to in Northern VA. Looking forward to seeing them grow and I plan on getting my next bike from those guys!

Customer Service

fair...they could probably use some more employees. Quick service on parts and walk in small repairs.

Neat building, I really like the warehouse look. It really does feel like a bikeshop. They do not have a ton of accessories but they have enough to get you thinking. I am sure that they can order just about anything.

Customer Service

The Guys at the shop were very helpful to me with my first bike buying experiance. I choose to go with a Cannondale. They were very familiar with all their products. The customer service couldn'y get much better in my opinion.

This bike shop is in a crowded part of Martinsburg where you might miss it if your not looking. The parking lot is very small. The store has a hit and miss assortment of bikes and low quality bike stuff. They do have some nice bike stuff but I have found the prices to be a little higher than what you can expect at other establishments. The art in the store is great. Some real nice examples of bike frame art and the like. Just about any other bike shop is better. It's a fair statement. You'll agree ten seconds after you step foot in the store or when you're done checking out the art. Sorry guys. I have the good fortune of shopping six different bike shops between work and home. You came in dead last.

Customer Service

If I ran a store today I would make darn sure that anyone who took the time out of their life to walk into my establishement was well taken care of and with great respect. I am shopping for another FS bike. I was seriously considering a Fuji with LX they have on display but after dealing with them on the simplest matter decided to take my business elsewhere. I shop online every week. I have bought three new bikes in the last year and spent a great deal of money on equipement for myself and my family. These people really blew it. I'm not sure they understand what they're doing. They had five chances with me and I can just go down the road to the next shop on my way home.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
These people have asked me if they can "call me back" when I'm standing right in front of them.
I've been there five times and I was asked if they could call me back three times. They don't even know where stuff is in their store. I can't waste anymore time with a shop that does not understand customers are improtant. When I get in my car and actually drive somewhere to patronize their business I'm doing them a great service. There are several internet sites I can easily blow my money at if I wanted to wait five days. My opinion is they know nothing about running a store and likely even less about bikes. You'll get treated better and any other store.
