Good customer service always greet you when you come in. They helped me decide on bikes given my price range and uses. Good at explaining differences between bikes/technologies.

The Cedar shop in Scranton is great. Good, knowledgable people and a large inventory of bikes and supplies. But be wary of the Olyphant store. The mechanic doesn't have the same expertise as the other folks that work at the shop and his attitude needs some help. He doesn't even ride bikes. If you have a choice stick to the Scranton shop or make sure that Dave helps you out in Olyphant.
