The sales people and technical people are great very attentive to our concerns quick to help always willing to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Customer Service I had my bike in the shop to get a new rear cassette and new chain in the first ride out with at the derailer came off and it choked up the bike and actually fractured the frame I wasn't hurt.
Similar Products Used: We completely trust their knowledge and expertise this is a great bike shop. |

Extremely clean, very knowledgeable staff, ESPECIALLY the service dept. There new location that sits on intersection of 94 and Weaver Lake rd in Maple Grove is the best I've seen. Customer Service GREAT, knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy at all. They don't work on commission therefore not pushing you on anything you don't want or need Similar Products Used: If you want to ride Elm Creek Mtn Bike park and its your first time or you want to bring kids....call this shop and talk to there service manager Gus, BEST ride leader, very friendly and patient |

Nice shop, I'm a Trek/Gary Fisher guy, so nice eye candy in the shop. Good selection. Customer Service Not good, very arrogant atmosphere, think they know it all. Not concerned about what you are looking for, just selling stuff.
Similar Products Used: Poor experience here, I wouldn't recommend buying from here with the way I was treated. There are so many other great stores in the TC... Boehms is great, and many of the other shops are much more interested in finding what you want, and what works for you best.

I would not recommend this shop. My experience hasn't been very good. I bought a bike from them last year, they told me the bike came with components that it actually didn't. When the bike showed up they were trying every angle to get out of getting me the parts they told me would be on the bike. I offered to return the bike and they caved and got me the parts. Even though it worked out in the end for me, it was a pain to deal with and poor business on their part. They also said that purchase of the bike got me free tune-ups for a two years I believe. I brought the bike in 9 months after I bought it and they immediately tried selling me a tune-up package starting at around $50. I asked them what the "free" tune-up covered and they said that they could have a tech look over the bike but that was about it. What a joke.

I would NOT recommend this shop. I was trying to decide between two different bikes, one a Trek and the other a Santa Cruz. This shop only sells Trek. The guy who helped me told me that Trek had better components and suspension and listed them out for me. In the end I decided to drop 3K and get the trek. The bike showed up with different suspension than the salesman told me came on the bike. It took about a week of communication before the shop agreed to get me the suspension that was promised to me(after all it was the deciding factor for me). This was very frustrating and I couldn't help but feel this shop was calling me a liar when in fact they are the ones who made this mistake. Regardless, I initially blew it off as "sh%# happens". About 9 months later I took my bike in to get it tuned-up for the season. This was another sales pitch Maple Grove Cycling promised when I bought the bike. When I brought the bike in they immediately asked what tune-up package I wanted. I told them I just bought the bike and was here to get a free tune-up they promised. The sales person paused and with a long drawn out reply and said, "Oooookay, what would you like done???". I immediately turned the question around on the sales person and said, "what do you mean? What does your free tune-up imply?". The salesman gave me a run around saying they will just look over the bike and make sure the cables look good. What a joke!
