No thank you. I took my bike for a tune up and requested the rear inner tube to be changed because it slowly leads air. The derailleur doesn't change gears properly--makes some noise that it did not make before. The rear inner tube was not replaced--still leaks air. I don't ride more that once a month, so didn't notice right away and I am very busy--don't have time to return right away to address the issues. |

A true neighborhood hang out shop. There is a very good vibe here and customers tend to feel more like friends. Good selection of parts and accessories from utilitarian to bling bling. Whatever your budget, Adams seems to be able to make it happen. The shop is not over packed with merchandise, ensuring that a visitor will never be overwhelmed. Customer Service The shop can go from quiet to busy in less time than it takes to fix a flat. It is not uncommon for the staff to open the doors an hour or more early for someone who might need a tube or a quick repair to save the day. Most of the staff are mechanics also, so getting things right on your bike is pretty easy. Similar Products Used: A Thursday night mountain bike ride leaves from the shop at about 630 most weeks. Call to make sure its on. Count on a fun, fast hour or so ride in Florida Canyon or a road trip to one of the area's many destination spots. |

I agree with the other review. A good neighborhood shop. The owner Andrew is a solid guy and sponsors local rides and is often handing out primes at the velodrome. Good guy and a great shop. Customer Service This shop is going to work hard to make you happy. They won't sell you stuff or repairs you don't need, and can figure out a solution to just about any problem. However when I have walked in I typically haven't been greeted most times, and a couple times I've had to squeeze my way through a thicket of wannabe bike-messenger types that seem to have nothing better to do than hang out here. I would rate it a 5 on customer service if it weren't for the couple times I have walked in and been unable to get help for 10 or 15 minutes. Similar Products Used: This is my favorite shop for interesting gear, a local vibe and an owner than is actually interested in the community - pretty rare these days. The laid-back attitude can be frustrating if you're in a hurry though. |

Laid back, good energy, friendly and knowledgeable crew. Customer Service Easily the best bicycle store in San Diego. I take all of my bikes here for service, and have been very happy with them. Their mechanics are excellent, and know what they're doing. They are also one of the few dealers that carry Bianchi! All in all they are just AWSOME! |

It is a small specialty shop... frankly speaking, the only reason why i'm leaving this remark is because it's a shame that i actually walked around this very small shop without a single person to come by to greet or ask us if we needed any help.
Customer Service Non existent. |

we have an unusually casual feel in a time when khaki pants and polo shirts have tried to edge our kind out of existence. we have an eclectic staff and welcome an eclectic client base. we have a modest 1400 sqaure feet, but we know how to use it and appreciate the small shop feel that it gives us. we range from kids bikes to high-end mountain and road bikes and make sure to cover the range in between. come on in and have a beer, talk and ride with us on tuesdays, thursdays and sundays. Customer Service we try to be laid back while maintaining professionalism. we cater to non-cyclists, women and cyclists alike and hope to provide a comfortable atmosphere for all. as mentioned above we have an eclectic staff with different attitides, approaches and personalities, so we believe that our customer service is outstanding.
