I frequent the shop in Gilbert. Everyone there has been great. I have a Seven Alaris with Ksyruim wheels & Shimano 105 components. I did not buy the bike from them. They are very knowledgeable about the components and help me keep them in top condition. They have really helped me customize the bike to my style and ability of riding. Recently changed the rear cassette that also required a rear hanger change. My upgrade was done on time and no additional cost. I highly recommend this shop. My riding partner also bought a used bike there and he is very happy with it.

I have to agree with stumpy. The service was great and very informative. I had my two year old running all over the place and the took down a little trek rider for him to play with while I was there. Like anywhere you have good staff and poor staff. Over all never had a problem with them.

Customer Service

Have bought two bikes from them and each time they were helpful and informative.

The shop looked typical of a shop with bikes for sale up front and a repair center at the back. I went to "Two Wheels" to have my Giant serviced. The 'repair' specialist that worked with me was either vastly incompetent or an outright thief. Given the benefit of the doubt I'll assume he was the former; regardless, it says nothing good for this shop. He tried to sell me over $60 of parts and labor telling me my Altus shifter was broken. The shifter cable simply need to be oiled inside where the ratchet had frozen from dust and gunk and the 'broken' cable just needed to be screwed in. Total job time for me to repair? 5 minutes ... and that was because I couldn't find the right allan wrench!

Customer Service

I have to agree with other reviewers too, in that the manner of the person who worked with me was also rather unpersonal and hoity toity in his calf high socks. Apparently people with old bikes just don't rate his respect.

No work was done by the shop.

Customer Service

I bought a seat bag from the store as a birthday present. The recipient decided it was a bit too small, so returned it to the store. She was surprised to learn that 3% of the cost would not be refunded because of charge card expenses. We saw nothing posted in the store which would indicate this fee, nor did the salesman mention the return policy. Further, there was nothing on the receipt indicating the 3% refund reduction. A review of the store's website did not disclose anything regarding this policy either. A check of the product's website indicates that the original amount charged was the suggested retail, so the product was not discounted. Buyer beware!

Shop was great! They have a lot of options, for you to choose from in the realm of basic gear, gps, clothing, and bikes. Atmosphere is awesome, better than most shops in the East Valley. Mechanic has a lot of knowledge about BMX, road, and Mountain bikes. If you have any questions go see him!

Customer Service

Had phenomenal service from the mechanic in the shop...I forget his name, young guy though. I am currently in the market for a road bike, to work on my endurance for riding mountain, and he had a lot of information for me about the bikes. Really wanted to make sure I got into the right bike for me, not trying to push the most expensive bike on an inexperienced road rider. They didn't have the bike I wanted, so they said they could order it for me, and switch out any parts I may have wanted to change.

I was ecstatic about the customer service, it's an industry that's declining, especially in bike shops. Even spoke with the owner while I was there, very family friendly environment. One of the few shops in town I would take my 3 year old into and not be looked at like, "what the hell is this kid gonna break?" Check these guys out, they'll take care of you and get you into what you want, not what they want you in.
