Interbike 2008 - MTBR

Kromo

The all-new Kromo was designed with input from Jordie Lunn and puts 4130 chrome-moly steel under you for a killer ride that won’t break the bank and won’t break when the trail goes vert. A Hayes Stroker Ryde caliper clamps a 140 mm rear disc, while the singlespeed drivetrain and no front brake leave you free to show off your bar-spinning tricks while airborne.

  • Burley 4130 chromo frame tested and approved by Jordie Lunn. Disc brake and derailleur compatible
  • SR Duro DJ-D fork with 30mm stanchions, magnesium lowers, 100mm of travel and hydraulic rebound damping
  • The rounded profile and raised outer knobs with well spaced tread grabs to dirt and asphalt with ease on these WTB Graffiti UK 2.2 tires
  • Hayes Stroker Ryde rear brake with 140mm rotor will stop great while keeping the weight down
  • The lack of front brake will allow for mad bar spins!
  • Syncros FR stems and Bulk bar are intended for hardcore use, the stem cradles the bar within the stem body and not on the stem/cap interface seam.
  • SDG’s I-beam saddle/seat post system eliminates bent rails by…. eliminating the rails, producing an extremely durable seating system that is not only stronger, but LIGHTER and offers a greater range of adjustment than conventional seat/post combinations
  • Crank Bros 5050 platform pedals feature 6061 alloy body with removable/replaceable end plates and pedal spikes
  • WTB Dual Duty rims
