Dry Canyon Loop - Trail, Glenwood, Utah

Start this ride at the city park in Glenwood. Ride to 400 S 300 E (Old Mill Rd), go through the wash up the dirt road marked PST 64. In approx. 0.7 miles you will come to a small flood damn. Go up the damn, following PST 64. In approx. 0.35 miles you will come to the main dirt road. Turn right (south)continue on this road approx. 2.1 miles until you come to a T in the road at Cove Mtn Rd. Turn right (south) down the hill to Saul’s Meadow. Just past the corals turn right (west) continue around the corrals staying right. There are numerous trails at this upper section but as long as you are going downhill you will end up on the main trail. You will come through a small creek. Continue down the trail. In approx. 1.25 miles you will come to a steep hill. Don’t go up the hill, instead stay right and follow the wash downhill. Keep going until you come to a fence in approx. 6.8 miles. You may need to open and close the gate. Turn left after you go through the gate and ride back down into Glenwood and back to the park. Starting elevation is 5305’, max elevation is 5986’.

This is a fun loop ride. The ride up to Saul's meadow is all up hill but on good road. The ride down from Saul"s Meadow is a nice long downhill with a few rocky spots. This trail is on road or 4-wheeler road but not much traffic.

If you want more of a challenge ride this the opposite direction going up dry canyon first.
