this trail has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with mountain biking! (how's that for a first post?) it's a paved path behind suburban backyards that ends in a city....

In no way is this a Mountain Bike trail. Having said that, it is one of the nicest rail-trails in the North East. It's multi-use, so you'll encounter lots of inline skaters, runners, walkers, families, etc. during peak season (early spring thru early fall). The views are beautiful as you hug Narragansett Bay for much of the 16 or so miles.

Customer Service

There are several public parking lots with access to the trail: East Providence, Warren, Bristol.

It's a well paved bike path with heavy traffic on the weekends. Easy,easy,easy....., but nice scenery except by the waste teatment plant in riverside.

Customer Service

Starts in Fox Point in Providence ends in Bristol
