I really love this place. Some of the best riding I have done in the Rochester area. It reminds me of 'real' MTBing. You don't feel like you are in a bike park. It's riding through the woods i.e. more natural and a very beautiful setting. The trails I rode I didn't find extremely difficult, but they were very fun. There might be some other stuff that is really challenging but I didn't get to it.

Some of it's double track, some single - it makes it interesting. Lots of good rolling terrain.

Customer Service

I rode the 2015 Suicide 6 race course. It was a ton of fun. As far as I can tell it covered a lot of the single track but I need to get back and explore more.

Trails were just as described by others. However the route taken to get to the park is NOT south on 36...rather take 37 SOUTH! We spent some time looking for this place; but when we found it we were glad we did! Nice weekend to ride and awesome trails!

Awesome place to ride. We ride 1-2 times a week and never get sick of it! New trails and fun obstacles are always being made. Singletrack trails are plentiful and fun. Great downhills, but pay your dues on some killer uphills. Also tons of doubletrack, great for the beginner! I learned here. Map is probably useful for non-local visitor.

Had heard a lot from local riders about this area, and decided to make the trip out on 8/26
We found the best and most challenging rides to be off the cul-de-sac to the south(?) where the recent race course was still marked out. After four hours spent riding this area yesterday, I can't wait to get back. Excellent, challenging rides, from white knuckle down hill runs to technical uphill rides and singletrack runs through the woods and tall grass. Loads of rocks roots and moguls, with plenty of fast, yet still challenging areas. Perfectly maintained for riding in that everything is passable but more than enough "tough stuff" left behind. I found it easiest to get to the "park" by going straight out Route 65 from Rochester and straight onto Canadice Hill Rd. It had been and did rain while we were there which added to the challenge, and got a bit dangerous, but we all came back tired muddy and smiling.
Bring your own water, a camera for the view of Honeoye lake, and a spare tube and pump would be a good idea.

Customer Service

The road through the area runs about a 1/4-1/2 mile and ends in a cul-de-sac. Trailheads run off in all directions from this road

I love this place. You could spend the weekend here if you wanted to just exploring the trail system. Lung huffin' up hills and white knuckle down hills abound. Follow the black diamonds for a real workout. Be careful of hikers! I was there yesterday 10/17 and they were eveywhere. The fall foilage brings alot of people here. Not just your hardcore hikers, but Mom, Dad and the kids. Also get to know the hunters in the area this time of year. They have cabins everywhere and if they like you they'll let you pitch your tent on there land and even flow ya a couple of brews by the camp fire! Ahh, life is good.

Customer Service

65 South to Honeoye where 65 ends. At the stop sign (20A) keep going straight up the Mountain. This is County Rd.37. Stay left where 37 takes a sharp right. Keep going straight until you see the park on your left. Follow the gravel road to the end. The best trails are here.

You can't miss it, it'll have atleast one Harley out front. Where else can you hang at the bar drinking good swill and argue with Harley riders about drive trains! One argued," why don't they make a nine speed inclosed hub?" WOW!, I wonder...

This place is great. From easy jeep trails with fast sweepers to moderately difficult singletrack, it's all here, including a beautiful vista of Honeoye Lake. The place is not huge, but you won't be disappointed with the quality of the trails.
Somewhat rocky, which is good; the soil is well drained, so it's not as wet as some other places.
There is a brand new outhouse, which is really kind of nice.
I've never seen it crowded. You will be sharing the trails with a few hikers. Be courteous. I think it's a carry in/carry out park; help keep this great little park clean.

The reviews above are right on. The Place is excellent fast singletrack crisscrossing wide jeep type trails. Impecably maintained. Hats off, and a big thanks to the boys and girls who maintain this place. I was talking to myself the whole time "It doesn't get better than this" and then I found that piece of double banked corderoy!! Went back and did that a couple of more times. I will be back again next year. Great scenery and a very pleasant park facility.

Customer Service

I came from Hammondsport on Keuka Lake, over Bully Hill through Prattsburgh, Naples and up Honeoye Lake, only one road takes you to the road the park is on.

I haven't been on a better trail in NY upstate.
Just recently, I moved from WA state to NY Monroe county which I compared to moving from mountain biker's Heaven to mountain biker's hell (Monroe county does not allow
bikers in the state parks). Now that I was at
Harriet Hollister Spencer I feel like newborn! The
trails are one of the best - they certainly can
compete with the exciting trails of the Northwest.
I only wish the whole area was larger and that there
were fewer 'posted' signs.

Customer Service

There is no need to recommend any route. The trails
intersect often and they are marked according their difficulty.
