Does anyone ride here anymore? I'm not too familier with the area, but I rode around for a bit and just found a short 'nature trail' which looked to be more for hikers The only trail I found was fun, and the first "off road" trail I've ridden on so far, but I was expecting more. If anyone has more info on this, feel free to email me at maxkool2@comcast.net . Thanks! |

Yes, Thank you to the 3 gals that were spotted restoring the Barry-Commodore bridge. There are too many fun things to do here. Myself & a few friends just started riding bikes & we're looking to help build stunts. If these girls are part of a group dedicated to preserving these trails, eMail me at roberthess1111@msn.com Customer Service just ride... |

I'm a runner, not a biker, but I see bikers in this park. But really I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the people who fix up the bridges (and I suspect, the trails too). The Commodore Barry Bridge is back (on a slightly different route), and it looks like it was a lot of work. Just after Christmas, there were three gals re-building a bridge that had washed out over another small tributary to the main creek--they let me run across it (I guess I was the first to cross it after they fixed it). THANK YOU! WE APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK! |

What happened to this place? Has everyone stopped riding here since the bridge went down? Not long ago this was a fun ride with some good obstacles but in the last few months it's gone downhill. I'd rather ride at the GCC then this hole. Trails have been closed, overgrown and just flat out not ridden anymore so you can't even find them. Its time to rebuild. Customer Service Straight past the entrance and don't look back. Similar Products Used: Brandywine, FairHills or GCC |

ride it and smile good little hills and no attitudes Customer Service another name for this Location is CERES Park or MANTUA WILDLIFE SANCTUARY.. NO real route, just numerous trails and loops.. all sorts of interesting items to ride.. great place for all skill levels and a great work since there are numerous dips, hills and such.. the trails are pretty well defined and hard packed.. dry but there is some mud near the streams and several ponds.. |

I particularly like Mantua for the variety of conditions contained there. Some interesting singletrack, steep dropoffs & inclines (at least for South Jersey!) Advanced bikers looking for for an all day ride will be bored, but anyone else in the area looking for a fairly challenging ride should check it out. (Also not very crowded) Customer Service As mentined earlier, no real marked trails -- just ride & it is nearly impossible to get lost. |

What was once called the Wreck (Mantua Rec Park) is now called Ceres Park and no longer allows vehicle traffic. I have been riding these trails for 25 years and they are presently in there best shape ever. We used to drive are 4x4 here and the trails across the creek were oringanol made with dirt bikes more then 20 years ago (plus a 200 year old wagon trail). Some one (and I thank you) has been a busy little beaver with the creation of (Commodore Barry Bridge) North shore type elevated bridge. Some kick ass jumps into the half pipe (natural dirt half pipe)bridges over swampy sections and more. Also, some very steep drop offs ans some great roller coaster type sections. All together around 10 miles if you hit every section and you ride the section out to the orchard by Barnsboro Church. Not a place for an epic but a great place to full around. If you park at the Ceres parking lot make sure you make it out under RT55 to the flat twisty section past the fire pit. Also another secret stash is across the street in the woods is a area that is very similar sneak in by riding along the top of the bank next to RT55 accesed from TYler Mill road threw a whole in the fence. Customer Service Park at main entrance or over at the ball fields/hockey rink in Pitman and enter by the creek. Similar Products Used: Fair Hill MD (GREAT), Parvin S.P., Woodlawn Trustees Wild life Refuge DE. |

This is my old standby where we ride a lot. Great trails. I would still like to know who the a..hole is who took a chainsaw to some "obstacles" I would like a piece of him, Overall still a great after work ride. |
