My first time on the trail. It's a pretty good trail, but it looks to me like a lot of it has washed away (around the roots of several trees) next to the creek. At any rate, it's pretty decent, I'd say about medium difficulty. Lots of roots, some of which just come up on you aroung a curve and you either stop real fast (endo) or manage to get over them, and next to the creek can be pretty hairy, the trail was almost gone so it felt like I was riding on the side of a hill! One thing I noticed was that it didn't seem to be well maintained. Lots of crap on the trail, and lots of trash, so lend a hand and pick some up! There are a couple of different trails, but all said it's about 4-5 miles total. On the out and back, the back was a lot more fun than the out!

Start next to the football field. You can see the trail right at the edge of the woods. Looks like a horse trail. Go in, hit it to the left, and go down to the bottom. Follow it to the right along the river/creek and around (and around) till it comes back to the fields. Look to the left and you should be able to see the out and back going down the hill. Follow it for some good riding with a couple of creek crossings and a few quick climbs. Not a bad ride for any evening.

This is a small area with some really good singletrack in places. A great training ride if you do it all. Find the trail down by the river. Very technical. Trail maintenance is needed here, so pitch in.

Customer Service

Enter the woods behind the track scoreboard. At the bottom, hang a left for a cool rollercoaster by the river. Also, skirt the edge of the woods behind the practice fields. Trails will go in and come out here. Look hard for some hidden stuff just at the woods line.

It is all right for some beginner trainer. I live right across the street from the school and I am very famliar w/ the trails. Much better place to sled in the winter.

Customer Service

Just some loops in and out of the woods. It is mostly the XC course for the high school. Some cool quick downhill sections

Good trail for training after work if you live in the area. Some challenging singlas track by the water. Watch for steep drops where the traily gets iffy.

I was able to squeeze 1-2 miles out of the short off-camber trails near the stream, but couldn't locate the 4-5 mile out-&-back that others have mentioned. I hear you need to cross the river...can anyone clarify where the longer trail is?

Needs some maintenance.

Customer Service

To find the out and back: Get on the technical singletrack down by the river. (river on the left). At the end (intersection, landscape ties) go left down the ravine then left over the wood foot bridge. Cross the bridge and up the steps. At top of steps go left, (somewhat hidden) and follow the off-camber ridge. Just before the trail spits you out onto the field, look left (hidden) for a trail. This is the out and back. Follow across 2 creeks. You will end up close to a sewage pumping station.
