This trail maybe closed, but it one of the best rides you'll find in North Fulton. Lots of singletrack with many twist and turns, creek crossings, dirt, roots, rocks, mud, and wildlife. There are various loops and many ways to ride it. Even though the trail is about 5 miles long, you can spend up to 3 hours riding and exploring various routes. This is a great place for expert riders to let loose and rip it up!

From Medlock Br. Rd. heading East make a right into Johns Creek Park (also known as Technology Park). Go down aboout 1/4 of a mile and make a right onto Technology Circle. Take that down until you see a small pond on your right, on your left a little after the pond is the trail entrance. There is one opposite that entrance as well. For the best ride enter opposite the pond.

(as of 2/99) This is a fine intermediate trail with several creek crossings, some climbs, some single track, some downhill, a little bit of everything. I like it. It's a little worn since it's one of a few trails in the area but still the 5+ mile loop makes for a good ride. Someone had the gall to plop an office park in the middle of the trail but don't worry; when you hit road go left about 100 yards and re-enter the woods on the left. In the summer when the power line right-of-way hasn't been cut there is some fun and brambly half track.

After the third bunny hop, there is a pine tree on the right with my face imprint on it. Be warned, this tree has legs and will jump in your path if you get too cocky. Ride hard but with humility.

Going north from 285 on PIB, split left on 141, cross State Br.(aka Pleasant Hill), go right on John's Creek Parkway, go right on Technology Circle, trailhead is on the right. There is (was?) a barrier on Tech Circle which marks the trailhead but new construction will probably eliminate that soon so just use your eyes. When you see a pond on your left, you're there.

Unfortunately, the trail has been closed. The land is going to be developed for another office building. Here we go again with losing a trail to development.

Trail is CLOSED! We were yelled at by a cop! If you can outrun the law in the woods go for it. But he threatened to take us to jail if we rode again. So now, you have been warned.

Great trail too - unfortunate that pigs block the trail now.
