Update on the Jo Pond Trail
The Indian Reservation in Palm Canyon is now posting No Bike signs. Therefore to avoid confrontation with the Indian Reservation Rangers, riders should not exit via the Palm Canyon reservation. When you descend into the Palm Oasis, go right up the Oasis and exit Palm Canyon via the Vendervetter Trail. This should help riders avoid running into the rangers who generally can be found at the visitor center. The rangers have threatened to ticket riders in Palm Canyon.

the other way is up dry wash, and it sux.....
but it is the ***LEGAL**** way out. The CVCA
has worked hard to try and get the palm canyon trail network re-opened, and if we barge it, itll never happen, and indians have guns and there own laws...

Customer Service

ATTENTION: THE ROUTE DESCRIBED(palm canyon) BY THE OTHER PARTY IS ***ILLEGAL**** BY THE ORDER OF THE CAHUILLA INDIANS, GOING ON RESERVATION IS A BIG NO-NO GUYS!!!!!

This was once a primo line known by few. Yes, very illegal and now difficult to pull off. All it takes is a twit like the car drop king to broadcast coveted secrets, and behold, now everyone's pissed off. What's that? You LIKE hospital food?

Customer Service

Ride UP... I repeat UP (right chicken legs?) the Dunn from Cat City. Hang a right on the 74 to Garner Valley. You're on your own from here.

Plenty of primo legal lines for the honest, hard working rider. Hey Jason buddy, do you wear after shave when you ride too?
